- TextToBraille is a utility for converting text documents to braille.
- It can also output special 'translation' files for educational purposes.

- Requirements

- - PCL printer (for printer output only)
- - Braille manual punch slate (when used with PCL output only)

- Configuration

- Configuration is supported through use of Workbench ToolTypes or CLI
- parameters. If any options are not included, the stated defaults will
- be used.

- Configuration options are not case sensitive.

- Invalid options will be ignored. In this case, the default values will
- be used.

- The following configuration commands are supported:

- 123
- Description: Outputs dot pattern codes to RAM:Braille.12-3
- Used for educational purposes (and also as a pre-pass
- for the PCL print routines).

- ANSI
- Description: Outputs ANSI grouping info to RAM:Braille.ANSI
- Used for educational purposes.

- CON
- Description: Outputs ANSI grouping info to CON:0/0/640/200/BrailleOutput
- Used for educational purposes.

- Description: Defines the Device for outputting PCL printer commands.
- If used with SER:, the program will use the WB prefs settings
- (SER: has not been tested).

- Description: Outputs error information to RAM:Braille.errors
- Used for test purposes.
